How long does setup take?

Most teams are up and running in under a day. CSV import for customers, a few minutes to add your price book, and you're sending your first invoice the same afternoon. For shops migrating from another system, we offer a hands-on migration on the Business plan.

Does JTrack really work offline?

Yes. The mobile and web apps keep working through spotty signal and dead zones — quotes, photos, signatures, time entries, and parts usage are all captured locally and sync the moment your tech is back on a connection. No "please reconnect to continue" dead ends.

How does pricing work?

Flat price per active technician, billed monthly or annually (annual is 2 months off). No per-feature paywalls, no usage limits on customers or jobs, and no surprise upsells. Add or remove techs anytime — we prorate.

Can JTrack handle multiple locations or branches?

Yes. Business data is partitioned by location with role-based access per branch and rolled-up reporting at the HQ level. Available on the Team plan and above.

Do you integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes — two-way sync of customers, invoices, and payments on the Team plan. We also integrate with Google Calendar, Stripe, Twilio, and 5,000+ apps via Zapier.

Can I bring my existing data?
